In honor of Jahanbakhsh Ghaemi, our Baba! Baba was a hardworking, honest, humble, and kind man who found his greatest happiness in the simple things: good food, Persian music, a good Sudoku puzzle, and, most of all, having his family around him. He was also deeply grateful for the life he built in America and never forgot the importance of helping others. One cause that was especially close to his heart was helping children in need in Iran.
In his memory, we are creating this fundraiser for Child Foundation, an organization Baba supported that helps underprivileged children and their families in Iran. Donations help provide children with essential food, financial assistance, counseling, and educational support, helping them stay in school and build a better future. For Child Foundation’s Iran program, support is delivered through its humanitarian programs and partners in Iran, including food packages and, where applicable, financial and educational assistance. Every donation is a meaningful way to carry Baba’s generosity forward and help a child who needs it. Rather than flowers or gifts, we invite you to honor his memory by giving to a cause he believed in. We will miss Baba dearly, but his kindness and love for others can continue through the lives we help together.
